Timeline to turn in Application:
Applications should be turned into the Puyallup Foursquare office of Andrew Gard; complete with all references, essay questions (typed on separate paper), and official high school transcripts. Applications are due July 15th with the $75 application fee. After July 15th the application fee will be $125.
